Dear West Families,

The Coppell Middle School West PTO welcomes you to a new year at our school. We are thrilled and thankful that you are here.

We are a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff who are all dedicated to the successful education of our children. We are here to help students and staff by providing support for educational and recreational needs; to promote open communication between administration, teachers, and parents/guardians and to encourage Coppell Middle School West’s school spirit and pride. The PTO uses its resources, both manpower and monetary, to support the efforts of the staff and to provide learning and enrichment opportunities for our children. It’s a big job, and an important one for all of us in this community.

CMSW PTO meets every third Thursday of the month from 6 to 7pm, starting from August 18^th, 2021. You will find the meeting information in the PTO meetings section. Every parent/guardian is already a member of the PTO and we encourage you get involved! Volunteer your time. Come to meetings. Read the minutes. Give us your thoughts. Jump in and help. Ask questions. Donate what you can. This is a wonderful way to find out what is happening at our school from the PTO's perspective and to share new ideas. You will find the event specific information in the volunteer/get involved section of our PTO website.

Also, we are here to help you become a successful volunteer. Please let us know how we can make your time in our schools more pleasant, productive and personally satisfying. We will need as many volunteers as possible, and are flexible enough to work around your schedule. We get our best ideas for program improvements from folks in the field.
