PTO Meeting Schedule

We will have monthly PTO meetings every month from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

Here is a schedule for our PTO meetings for 2023-2024 school year.

September 21st - In Person

October 19th  - In Person

November 7th - Virtual

December 13th - In Person

January 18th - Virtual

February 15th - In Person

March 21st - In Person

April 18th - In Person

May 16th - In Person

Who attends PTO Meetings? -  If you are a parent, grandparent, family member or a guardian of a learner in Coppell Middle School West you are an important member of West PTO! You are welcome to attend the monthly PTO meetings. Also, our principal Ms Balarin and a couple of staff members attend the PTO meetings. 

What happens at the PTO Meetings? - The PTO board members share report of their respective committees. New members are voted in, new ideas and plans to enhance our children's education experience are discussed and budget is presented and passed. Ms. Balarin shares updates from the school and CISD.

Why one should attend a PTO Meeting? - This is the best place to "be in the know"! All the happenings within CISD and CMS West are presented here. Also, you will find out about how PTO functions and the role it plays along with the school. PTO provides a great opportunity for you to get involve in your child's school life, volunteer your time according to your availability and make great connections with like minded people along the way. This is a perfect time and place to voice your opinion, ask questions and share your ideas.
